Terms

Placing Your Order

    * You may place an order securely on-line, by phone or fax.
    * The order will be confirmed by return e-mail, post or fax.

Paying

    * Payment is accepted by credit/debit card securely or
    * Cheques should be made payable to i-quip Limited with the cheque guarantee number and expiry date on the reverse.

Delivery

    * Postage and packaging for one item is £2.95
    * Postage and packaging for two items is £4.25
    * For 3 or more items postage and packaging is FREE
    * For orders paid by cheque allow 21 days for delivery.
    * On line credit/debit card orders will be dispatched within 14days.
    * Goods will be dispatched by Carrier or Royal Mail.

Note

    * In the event of goods arriving damaged or there being a short fall in the order please inform us immediately.

Right to Cancel

    * You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 7 days of receiving your order.
    * Please notify us within 7 days in writing and further instructions for their return will be given.
    * All canceled orders must be returned unopened
